Basic Insurance Principles and Application for General Insurance Claims Management
In order to be qualified and to earn CPD certificate, all participants are required as follows:
1. You are required to login to the zoom class 10 minute before the class starts.
2. You have to put your full name as shown on your identity card as the name of participant.
3. You have to turn on the camera at all the time during the class and stay in an indoor venue with a fixed seat.
4. NO CPD Certificate will be issued if early leave or absent for more than 20 minutes.
5. You have to use only one device for the zoom log-in through the provided link.
6. If you plan to use your mobile phone for the training, please switch off the in-coming calls function to avoid disturbance during the class.
